FREEFORM - AGENTS, TRYING & ORDERING
The following is a list of our current Freeform Agents.
- It is advised that if possible, you arrange a visit from one of our agents especially if you are new to ""going treeless" or arrange to have a Freeform on Trial (details below). This will give you the opportunity to test ride a Freeform and find out if it’s suitable for you and your horse.
- The Freeform does not require fitting in the conventional sense. As there is no tree and the saddles are flexible in all directions, they mould to the individual shape of each horse they are used on. However, this does not mean they are a "fits all" solution and there are certain guidelines that need to be followed.
- Freeform saddles are best suited to the flat backed, wide withered variety of horse such as our own natives, Arabs, Fjords, Haflingers etc. However, with correct shimming, it is possible to fit outside of these types.
- We also offer a "cyber saddle fit" service, foc. Email us with details of your horse and yourself, the type of riding you do, any saddle related issues you have and clear photos of your horse from all angles both tacked and untacked.

TRIAL DETAILS
- You will need to budget for the value of your trial package which can be in the region of £900.00 & postage
- The package is sent out on an insured and guaranteed next day delivery service Trail fees are £10.00 per day and you can hire for up to 14 days (discounting outward day of postage)
- Package value refundable on return minus trial fee & postage both ways
- Trial fee waivered if placing an order within 31 days
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure the package is returned & undamaged so an insured delivery service is recommended to avoid any potential charges for loss or damage
- Due to health & safety issues, any accessories used with the saddle must be returned in a clean state. Any items which need cleaning will be charged for.
At least 14 days notice is required for booking a trial period.

- Brown Classic BFT, 22” base
- Black Classic SB leather, 20” base
- Brown Elite SB HW, leather, 20” base
- Black Liberty SB, leather, 20” base
- Black Dressage, leather, 22” base
- Saddles are ordered around the beginning of each month
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all orders
- Although we try to keep stock, it is not guaranteed we will have what you want
- The manufacturers do not keep a stock of Freeform saddles so they are made to order. This affects delivery times.
- Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please allow up to 90 days for delivery in peak periods.
- All goods must be paid for in full before shipping.
- Payment can be made by debit/credit card, PayPal, personal or bankers cheque. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear before goods are shipped.
