FREEFORM ONLINE ORDER FORM
- Please fill out the form below with your request making sure you fill in the preferred payment method at the end. Once we receive your form, we will contact you re: payment. If you have chosen to pay via PayPal, you will be sent a PayPal invoice via email.
- All orders require a 50% deposit to secure your order.
- The balance will be required before your saddle is delivered.
- Due to the large amount of options now available (and more on the way), all saddles are now made to order.
- Due to manufacturers staff shortage, delivery times are currently 12 weeks.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order within the delivery time frame.
- Saddles may be returned for manufacturing faults within 1 year of receipt.
We recommend that before purchasing, you try out a Freeform saddle either through one of our agents or a trial period to ensure it is the right choice for you and your horse. However, if you decide to purchase outright, you may return the saddle within 7 days of receipt under Distance Selling Regulations if you find it does not suit you or your horse. However as the saddles are made to order, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee and for any damages/signs of wear.
